The District Student Housing
Client: Residential Housing Development, LLC
Location: Morgantown, West Virginia
This project highlights the scenic amenities of this student housing development, and was used as marketing tools to book apartments during construction. With years of architectural experience to call upon, Designimations models were also used to verify and change several aspects of the site and building designs. As a result, the developer saved more money in construction costs and potential changes than the rendering and animation project cost.
